Co.'s segments are: Power Industry Services, which provides engineering, procurement and construction contracting and other services to the owners of alternative energy facilities; Industrial Fabrication and Field Services, which has steel pipe and vessel fabrication capabilities; and Telecommunications Infrastructure Services, which provides utility construction and technology wiring solutions.
