Senmiao Technology Ltd is a China-based investment holding company. Co.'s main businesses include providing automobile transaction and related services focusing on the online ride-hailing industry. Co. mainly operates through two segments. The Automobile Transaction and Related Services segment is mainly engaged in automobile financial leasing services, automobile sales, financing transactions for its clients, operating lease and relevant after-transaction services and operating leasing services. The Online Ride-hailing Platform Services segment is mainly engaged in the operation of ride hailing platform, which enabling qualified ride-hailing drivers to provide transportation services.
