Antero Midstream owns, operates and develops midstream energy infrastructure mainly to service Antero Resources Corporation's production and completion activity under contracts. Its assets consist of gathering pipelines, compressor stations, processing and fractionation plants and water handling and treatment infrastructure, through which it provides gathering, compression, processing, fractionation and integrated water services, including fresh water delivery services, and other fluid handling services.
