Alliance MMA is a sports media company that operates a regional mixed martial arts (MMA) promotion business under the Alliance MMA name. Co. has three business components: Live MMA Event Promotion, which is engaged in ticket sales, providing a foundation for regional and national sponsorships of events and fighters and paid distribution of original MMA content on television, cable networks, pay-per-view broadcasts, and over the Internet; Fighter Management Business, which is conducted through SuckerPunch Entertainment that manages the careers of MMA fighters; and Ticketing Platform, which is conducted through CageTix that provides ticket services to third party event promoters.
