iShares Moderate Allocation is an open-end management investment company. The Fund seeks investment results that correspond generally to the price and yield performance of the S&P Target Risk Moderate Index (the Moderate Allocation Index). The Moderate Allocation Index seeks to measure the performance of an asset allocation strategy targeted to a moderate risk profile. The Fund is designed for investors seeking current income, some capital preservation and an opportunity for moderate to low capital appreciation. Understanding the changing numbers of shares outstanding, the changing
share price, and the resulting changing AOM market cap history over the course of time is important for investors

Many "beginner" or "novice" investors will look at one stock trading at a price of $10 per share and another trading at
