ArcBest is a holding company. Through its subsidiaries, Co. provides a suite of freight transportation and integrated logistics services to deliver solutions. Co.'s segments are: Asset-Based, which provides less-than-truckload services through its subsidiary, ABF Freight System, Inc., and certain other subsidiaries' motor carrier operations; ArcBest, which provides expedite, truckload and dedicated, international, managed transportation, moving and other logistics services; FleetNet, which provides roadside repair solutions and vehicle maintenance management services for commercial and private fleets through a network of third-party service providers in the U.S., Canada, and Puerto Rico.
