American Realty Investors is an externally advised and managed real estate investment company that owns a portfolio of properties and land held for development. Co.'s operations are managed by Pillar Income Asset Management, Inc. Co.'s primary business is the acquisition, development and ownership of residential and commercial real estate properties. In addition, Co. opportunistically acquires land for future development in in-fill or high-growth suburban markets.
