Axos Financial is a financial holding company. Through its subsidiary, Axos Bank (the Bank), Co. provides banking and securities products and services. The Bank's deposit products are demand accounts, savings and money market accounts, and time deposits. Co.'s operating segments are: Banking Business, which include online banking, concierge banking, and mortgage, vehicle and unsecured lending; and Securities Business, which includes the clearing broker-dealer, registered investment advisor custody business, registered investment advisor, and introducing broker-dealer lines of businesses.
