| AMREP Corporation, through its subsidiaries, is involved in land holding, real estate development, and homebuilding in New Mexico. Co. operates in two segments: land development and homebuilding. The land development segment sells both developed and undeveloped properties to various builders and developers, handling tasks like planning, obtaining approvals, installing utilities, and constructing roads and amenities. The homebuilding segment offers diverse home plans and options to cater to different buyer needs, focusing on single-family homes.
