The AZEK Co. Inc. is a designer and manufacturer of low-maintenance and environmentally sustainable building products for residential, commercial and industrial markets. Co. operates through two segments: Residential and Commercial. The Residential segment manufactures and distributes decking, rail, pergolas, outdoor structures, exterior trim, siding and accessories through a national network of dealers and distributors and multiple home improvement retailers providing geographic coverage. The Commercial segment manufactures, fabricates and distributes lockers and bathroom partitions.
