Co.'s products and services are structured in two groups: Software and Services, which consists of its BlackBerry Spark software platform business that integrates a unified endpoint security layer with BlackBerry unified endpoint management to enable secure endpoint communications in a zero trust environment, and BlackBerry Internet of Things Solutions business that includes BlackBerry Technology Solutions and Secure Communications; and Licensing and Other, which consists primarily of its patent licensing business that is responsible for the management and monetization of its patent portfolio.
