Build-A-Bear Workshop is a multi-channel retailer of plush animals and related products. Co.'s operations are conducted through three segments consisting of: Direct-to-Consumer, which includes the operating activities of its corporately-managed locations and other retail delivery operations in the U.S., Canada, the U.K. and Ireland; Commercial, which includes its transactions with other businesses; and International Franchising, which includes the licensing activities of Co.'s franchise agreements with store locations in select countries in Asia, Australia, the Middle East, Africa, and South America.
