BIMI International Medical is a holding company. Through its subsidiaries, Co. is engaged in health care industry. Co. operates in four reportable segments: wholesale medical devices, which distributes medical devices, including medical consumables; wholesale pharmaceuticals, which includes supplying prescription and over-the-counter (OTC) medicines, traditional Chinese medicines (TCM), healthcare supplies and sundry items; medical services, which includes the hospitals acquired; and retail pharmacies, which sells prescription and OTC medicines, TCM, healthcare supplies, and sundry items to retail customers through its directly-owned pharmacies and authorized retail stores.
