BOK Financial is a financial holding company. Through its subsidiary, BOKF, National Association, Co. operates electronic funds transfer network, Cavanal Hill Investment Management, Inc. and BOK Financial Asset Management, Inc. Co. operates three principal lines of business: Commercial Banking, which includes lending, treasury and cash management services and customer commodity risk management products for small businesses, middle market and larger commercial customers; Consumer Banking, which includes retail lending and deposit services, lending and deposit services to small business customers; and Wealth Management, which engages in brokerage and trading activities.
