| Boardwalk Pipeline Partners is a partnership holding company. Through its subsidiaries, Co. operates in the midstream portion of the natural gas and natural gas liquids and other hydrocarbons (NGLs) industry, providing transportation and storage for those commodities. Co.'s natural gas pipeline systems are located in the Gulf Coast region, Oklahoma, Arkansas and the Midwestern states of Tennessee, Kentucky, Illinois, Indiana and Ohio, and its NGLs pipelines and storage facilities are located in Louisiana and Texas. Co. provides transportation and storage services, such as no-notice service and interruptible parking and lending services, brine supply services, and fractionation services.
