Co.'s segments are: Software and Subscription Services, which provides telematics devices bundled with cloud-based application enablement and telematics service platforms that facilitate integration of its own applications, as well as those of third parties, through open application programming interfaces to deliver mobile Internet of Things solutions to its customers and markets; and Telematics Products, which provides a series of telematics products for the connected vehicle and emerging industrial IoT marketplace, which enable customers to collect, monitor and report information and desired intelligence from remote and mobile assets.
