| CarGuru is an online automotive platform for buying and selling vehicles. Co. provides consumers an online automotive marketplace where they can search for new and used car listings from its dealers and sell their cars to dealers and other consumers. A user accesses Co.'s marketplace through its websites or by using its mobile applications. Co. also provides paid listings subscriptions for dealers and dealer advertising products for the PistonHeads website, as well as paid listings subscriptions for dealers for the Autolist website. In addition, Co. is focused on addressing the needs of both consumers and dealers in automotive digital retail.
