HireQuest is a staffing company, operating primarily in the manual on-demand labor segment of the staffing industry. All of its temporary staff, which Co. refers to as field team members, are employed by Co. Most of Co.'s work assignments are short-term and many are filled on little advanced notice from its customers. In addition to short and longer-term temporary work assignments, Co. sometimes recruits and places workers in temp-to-hire positions.
