Cinedigm is a distributor and aggregator of independent movie, television and other short form content managing a library of distribution rights to several titles and episodes released across digital, physical, theatrical, home and mobile entertainment platforms, and a servicer of digital cinema assets (Systems) for movie screens. Co.'s segments are: Cinema Equipment Business, which provides financing vehicles and administrators for Systems installed; and Content and Entertainment Business, which collaborates with producers and other content owners to market, source, curate and distribute independent content to audiences in theatres and homes, and via mobile and other platforms.
