| Clovis Oncology, Inc. is a biopharmaceutical company. Co. is focused on acquiring, developing, and commercializing anti-cancer agents in the U.S., Europe and additional international markets. Its segments include U.S. and ex-U.S. Its product, Rubraca, is an oral small molecule inhibitor of poly ADP-ribose polymerase (PARP) marketed in the U.S. for two indications specific to recurrent epithelial ovarian, fallopian tube or primary peritoneal cancer and an indication specific to metastatic castration-resistant prostate cancer (mCRPC). Its FAP-2286 is a peptide-targeted radionuclide therapy (PTRT) and imaging agent targeting fibroblast activation protein (FAP).
