Americold Realty Trust is a real estate investment trust focused on the ownership, operation, acquisition and development of temperature-controlled warehouses. Co. manages its business through three primary business segments: warehouse, which provides temperature-controlled warehouse storage and related handling and other warehouse services; third-party managed, which manages warehouses on behalf of third parties and provides warehouse management services to food retailers and manufacturers in customer-owned facilities; and transportation, which brokers and manages transportation of frozen and perishable food and other products for its customers.
