Through its subsidiary, Home Federal Savings and Loan Association of Grand Island (Home Savings), Co.'s business consists primarily of accepting deposits from the general public and investing those deposits, together with funds generated from operations, in one- to four-family residential mortgage loans secured by properties located in Co.'s primary market area, as well as commercial real estate loans.Co. provides a variety of deposit accounts including checking accounts. In addition, Co. provides electronic banking services including mobile banking, on-line banking and bill pay, and electronic funds transfer via Zelle®.
