Custom Truck One Source is an equipment provider to the electric utility transmission and distribution, telecommunications, rail, and other infrastructure-related industries in North America. Co. has three reporting segments: Equipment Rental Solutions, which owns a range of new and used equipment, including truck-mounted aerial lifts, cranes, and service trucks; Truck and Equipment Sales, which provides a variety of new equipment for sale to be used across its end-markets that can be modified to meet its customers' specific needs; and Aftermarket Parts and Services, which includes the sale of aftermarket parts used in the maintenance and repair of the equipment it sells and rents.
