Carvana is a holding company. Through its subsidiaries, Co. is engaged in the e-commerce platform for buying and selling used cars. On its platform, consumers can research and identify a vehicle, inspect it using Co.'s 360-degree vehicle imaging technology, obtain financing and warranty coverage, purchase the vehicle, and schedule delivery or pick-up, all from their desktop or mobile devices. Alternatively, a customer can obtain a firm provide online for their vehicle by answering a few questions without needing to provide photos or service records. Customers in certain markets also have the option to pick up their vehicle at one of its vending machines.
