| Clearway Energy is a holding company. Through its subsidiaries, Co. is a publicly-traded energy infrastructure investor with a focus on investments in clean energy and owner of contracted assets across North America. Co. owns installed wind and solar generation projects. Co. also owns natural gas-fired generation facilities. Co.'s businesses are segregated based on conventional power generation, renewable businesses which consist of solar and wind.
