Citizens Community Bancorp is a bank holding company. Co.'s primary activities consist of holding the stock of its wholly-owned subsidiary bank, Citizens Community Federal N.A. (the Bank), and providing commercial, agricultural and consumer banking activities through the Bank. Co. provides a variety of loan products including commercial real estate loans, commercial and industrial loans, agricultural real estate loans, agricultural operating loans, residential mortgages, home equity lines-of-credit and consumer loan. Co. provides a range of deposit products through its branches, including demand deposits, various savings and money-market accounts and certificates of deposit.
