Dada Nexus is a holding company. Through its subsidiaries, variable interest entity (VIE) and VIE's subsidiaries, Co. provides delivery service and marketplace service to its customers through its mobile platforms, websites and mini programs. Co. operates two complementary business platforms: Dada Now, a local delivery platform, and JDDJ, a local retail platform. Dada Now provides intra-city delivery and last-mile delivery services on an on-demand basis. JDDJ hosts a range of retailers, providing a variety of products with multiple retailers for each product. Categories of retailers include supermarkets, fresh produce marketplaces, pharmacies, flowers shops, bakeries and fashion stores.
