Through its subsidiary, Dream Finders Homes LLC, Co. designs, builds and sells homes in Charlotte, Raleigh, Jacksonville, Orlando, Denver, the Washington D.C. metropolitan area, Austin, Dallas and Houston. Co. focuses on the design, construction and sale of single-family entry-level, first-time move-up and second-time move-up homes. Co. also provides title insurance and mortgage banking solutions through its mortgage banking joint venture, Jet Home Loans, LLC, which comprises its Jet Home Loans segment.
