SPDR Global Dow is an open-end investment management company. The Fund seeks to replicate as closely as possible, the performance of the Dow Jones Global Titans 50 Index U.S. Close (the Index). The Index includes 50 stocks of multinational blue-chip companies that are traded on United States or foreign stock exchange. The Index component stocks are chosen by Dow Jones based on the combination of market data and fundamental data, such as float-adjusted market capitalization, sales/revenue and net profit. As of June 30 2015, the Fund's total assets and investment porfolio totaled $115,613,287 and $115,055,090, respectively. Understanding the changing numbers of shares outstanding, the changing
share price, and the resulting changing DGT market cap history over the course of time is important for investors
interested in comparing DGT's market cap history versus its peers.
Many "beginner" or "novice" investors will look at one stock trading at a price of $10 per share and another trading at
a price of $20 per share and think the latter company is worth twice as much. Of course, that is a completely meaningless comparison without also knowing how many shares outstanding there are for each of the two companies,
and then calculating their respective market caps. Comparing the share price of DGT versus a peer is one thing; comparing
