Dorchester Minerals is engaged in the acquisition, ownership and administration of Royalty Properties and Net Profits Interests (NPIs). The Royalty Properties consist of producing and nonproducing mineral, royalty, overriding royalty, net profits, and leasehold interests located in several counties and parishes in various states (Royalty Properties). The NPIs represent net profits overriding royalty interests in various properties owned by the operating partnership. Co.'s general partner is Dorchester Minerals Management LP, which is managed by its general partner, Dorchester Minerals Management GP LLC. Understanding the changing numbers of shares outstanding, the changing
