Dorchester Minerals, L.P. is an owner of producing and non-producing oil and natural gas minerals, royalty, overriding royalty, net profits, and leasehold interests. Co. is engaged in the acquisition, ownership, and administration of royalty properties and net profits interest (NPI). The NPI represents a net profits overriding royalty interest burdening various properties owned by the operating partnership. The Royalty Properties consist of producing and nonproducing minerals, royalty, overriding royalty, net profits, and leasehold interests located in 593 counties and parishes in 28 states.
