Co.'s portfolio is comprised of investments in the following reportable healthcare segments: life science, which contains laboratory and office space that are leased to the organizations involved in the life science industry; medical office, which includes medical office buildings and hospitals; and continuing care retirement community, which is retirement community that includes independent living, assisted living, and skilled nursing units to provide a continuum of care in an integrated campus.
