Co.'s segments are: Maintenance, which is comprised of the Take 5 Oil Change and Meineke Car Care Centers brands; Car Wash, which is offered through the IMO brand; Paint, Collision and Glass, which is composed of the CARSTAR, ABRA and Uniban brands; and Platform Services, which is composed of the 1-800-Radiator, and Automotive Training Institute brands.
