Precision BioSciences, Inc. is an advanced gene editing company dedicated to improving life (DTIL) with its proprietary ARCUS genome editing platform. Using ARCUS, the Co.'s pipeline consists of in vivo gene editing candidates designed to deliver cures for a range of genetic and infectious diseases. The ARCUS platform develops in vivo gene editing therapies for gene edits, including gene elimination, insertion, and excision. ARCUS particularly generates defined outcomes due to predominant repair using homology directed repair (HDR) as opposed to non-homologous end joining (NHEJ).
