ElectroCore is a commercial stage medical device company with a non-invasive vagus nerve stimulation (nVNS) therapy, called gammaCore. nVNS is a platform bioelectronic medical therapy that modulates neurotransmitters and immune function through its effects on both the peripheral and central nervous systems. Co.'s gammaCore therapy is prescription-only, with patients self-administering discrete doses using a handheld unit.
