iShares J.P. Morgan USD Emerging Markets Bond is an open-ended management company. The Fund seeks investment results that correspond generally to the price and yield performance of the JPMorgan EMBI Global Core Index (the Index). The Index is a diverse United States dollar-denominated emerging markets debt benchmark, which tracks the total return of actively traded external debt instruments in emerging market countries. As of Oct 31 2015, the Fund's total assets were $4,546,282,323 and the Fund's investment portfolio was valued at $4,403,864,784. Understanding the changing numbers of shares outstanding, the changing

interested in comparing EMB's market cap history versus its peers.
Many "beginner" or "novice" investors will look at one stock trading at a price of $10 per share and another trading at
a price of $20 per share and think the latter company is worth twice as much. Of course, that is a completely meaningless comparison without also knowing how many shares outstanding there are for each of the two companies,
and then calculating their respective market caps. Comparing the share price of EMB versus a peer is one thing; comparing
