Emerge Energy Services is an energy services company engaged in the business of mining, producing, and distributing silica sand that is a primary input for the hydraulic fracturing of oil and gas wells. Co. operates its continuing business in a single sand segment. Co. conducts its Sand operations through its subsidiary Superior Silica Sands LLC. The Sand business conducts mining and processing operations from facilities located in Wisconsin and Texas.
