iShares S&P Emerging Markets Infrastructure Index Fund is an open-end management investment company. The Fund seeks investment results that correspond generally to the price and yield performance of the S&P Emerging Markets Infrastructure Index (the Index). The Index is designed to track performance of 30 publicly listed companies in the infrastructure industry in the emerging markets. The Index includes three distinct infrastructure sub-sectors: energy, transportation and utilities. As of Mar 31 2015, the Fund's total assets were $84,540,042 and the Fund's investment portfolio was valued at $80,562,724. Understanding the changing numbers of shares outstanding, the changing

Many "beginner" or "novice" investors will look at one stock trading at a price of $10 per share and another trading at
a price of $20 per share and think the latter company is worth twice as much. Of course, that is a completely meaningless comparison without also knowing how many shares outstanding there are for each of the two companies,
