Enable Midstream Partners is engaged in owning, operating and developing midstream energy infrastructure assets. Co.'s assets and operations are organized into two segments: gathering and processing and transportation and storage. Co.'s gathering and processing segment provides natural gas gathering and processing services to its producer customers and crude oil, condensate and produced water gathering services to its producer and refiner customers. Co.'s transportation and storage segment provides interstate and intrastate natural gas pipeline transportation and storage services primarily to Co.'s producer, power plant, local distribution company and industrial end-user customers.
