iShares S&P Global Industrials Sector Index Fund is an open-end management company. The Fund seeks investment results that correspond generally to the price and yield performance of the S&P Global 1200 Industrials Sector Index (the Index). The Index is a subset of the Standard & Poor's Global 1200 Index. The Index includes manufacturers and distributors of capital goods, providers of commercial services and supplies, and transportation service providers. As of Mar 31 2015, the Fund's total assets were $257,737,996 and the Fund's investment portfolio was valued at $256,665,248. Many "beginner" or "novice" investors will look at one stock trading at a price of $10 per share and another trading at
