eXp World Holdings owns and operates a cloud-based real estate brokerage and a technology platform business that enables a variety of businesses to operate remotely. Co.'s subsidiary, eXp Realty, LLC, is a cloud-based international real estate brokerage company. Co. serves as a licensed broker for the purpose of processing residential and commercial real estate transactions. Co. operates over the internet and relies on cloud-based technologies to provide its residential real estate brokerage services. Through various platforms, buyers search real-time property listings, and sellers list properties and gain exposure across the various geographic markets in which Co. operates.
