The iShares Floating Rate Bond is an open-end management investment company. The Fund seeks investment results that correspond generally to the price and yield performance, before fees and expenses, of the Barclays U.S. Floating Rate Note < 5 Years Index (the Index). The Index measures the performance of U.S. dollar-denominated, investment-grade floating rate notes. Securities in the Index have a remaining maturity of greater than or equal to one month and less than five years, and have $300 million or more of outstanding face value. As of Oct 31 2015, the Fund's total assets were $3,694,453,350 and the Fund's investment portfolio was valued at $3,663,329,517. Understanding the changing numbers of shares outstanding, the changing

Many "beginner" or "novice" investors will look at one stock trading at a price of $10 per share and another trading at
