Fidelity National Financial, Inc. is a title insurance company. Co. provides title insurance and transaction services to the real estate and mortgage industries. It has three segments: Title, F&G, and Corporate and Other. Title segment consists of the operations of its title insurance underwriters and related businesses, which provide title insurance and escrow and other title-related services, including trust activities, trustee sales guarantees, and home warranty products. This segment also includes its transaction services business, which includes other title-related services used in the production and management of mortgage loans, including mortgage loans that experience default.
