First Bancorp is a financial holding company. Through its subsidiary, First National Bank (the Bank), Co. provides a variety of services, including deposit accounts and consumer, commercial and mortgage loans. In addition to banking services, Co. provides investment management and private banking services through First National Wealth Management, which is an operating division of the Bank. First National Wealth Management is able to provide an array of private banking, financial planning, investment management and trust services to individuals, businesses, non-profit organizations and municipalities of varying asset size, and to provide the personal service.
