| Forward Industries, Inc. is a global company focused on design, sourcing, and distribution in the medical and technology sectors. It operates through two main segments: OEM distribution and design. The design segment provides hardware and software engineering services primarily to U.S. clients, while the OEM distribution segment sources and sells carrying cases and accessories for medical diagnostic kits and portable devices to OEMs and their contract manufacturers worldwide. The company also includes subsidiaries like Forward Industries (IN), Inc. and Forward Industries (Switzerland) GmbH.
