| Forterra is a holding company. Through its subsidiaries, Co. is a manufacturer of concrete pipe and precast products and ductile iron pipe for water-related infrastructure applications. Co.'s segments include: Drainage Pipe & Products; and Water Pipe & Products. The Drainage Pipe & Products segment manufactures drainage pipe and precast products in the U.S. and Eastern Canada. Drainage pipe has residential, non-residential and infrastructure applications. The Water Pipe & Products segment manufactures a number of products used for the transmission of potable water and wastewater such as ductile iron pipe (DIP). DIP has residential and infrastructure repair replacement applications.
