Frontdoor is a holding company. Through its subsidiaries, Co. provides home service plans and operates under the American Home Shield, HSA, OneGuard and Landmark brands. Co.'s home service plans help customers protect and maintain their homes from breakdowns of essential home systems and appliances. Co.'s home service plan customers subscribe to an annual service plan agreement that covers the repair or replacement of components of home systems and appliances, including electrical, plumbing, central heating, ventilation and air conditioning systems, water heaters, refrigerators, dishwashers and ranges/ovens/cooktops, as well as optional coverages for electronics, pools, spas and pumps.
