| Multi-Asset Diversified Income Index Fund is an open-end management investment company. The Fund seeks investment results that correspond generally to the price and yield (before the Fund's fees and expenses) of an equity index called the NASDAQ Multi-Asset Diversified Income Index (the Index). The Index is designed to provide access to a diversified portfolio of small, mid- and large capitalization income producing securities. As of Sept 30 2013, the Fund's total assets were $495,043,361 and the Fund's investment portfolio was valued at $490,752,877. We show 137 historical shares outstanding datapoints in our FTHI shares outstanding history coverage, used to compute FTHI market cap on those dates. Understanding the changing numbers of shares outstanding, the changing share price, and the resulting changing FTHI market cap history over the course of time is important for investors interested in comparing FTHI's market cap history versus its peers.
