FuboTV is a sports-first, live TV streaming company, providing subscribers access to live sporting events annually as well as news and entertainment content. Co.'s platform, fuboTV, allows customers to access content through streaming devices and on SmartTVs, mobile phones, tablets, and computers. Co. provides basic plans for consumers to purchase the additional content or enhanced functionality (Attachments) that suited for them. Co.'s base plan, fubo Starter, includes Nielsen-rated networks, various channels with sports, news channel, and some entertainment channels. Subscribers have the option to add premium channels and additional channel packages, as well as upgrade Attachments.
