| Generation Bio Co. is a biotechnology company. Co. is innovating non-viral genetic medicines to provide durable, redosable treatments for hundreds of millions of patients living with rare and prevalent diseases. Co. is developing two distinct and complementary platforms: a potent, highly selective cell-targeted lipid nanoparticle (ctLNP) delivery system and a novel immune-quiet DNA (iqDNA) cargo produced by a scalable capsid-free manufacturing process that uses proprietary cell-free rapid enzymatic synthesis (RES). Understanding the changing numbers of shares outstanding, the changing share price, and the resulting changing GBIO market cap history over the course of time is important for investors interested in comparing GBIO's market cap history versus its peers.
