Global Indemnity is a holding company. Through its subsidiaries, Co. provides insurance products across a distribution network that includes binding authority, program, brokerage, and reinsurance. Co. manages the distribution of these products through the following business segments: Commercial Specialty, which distributes specialty property and casualty insurance products; Farm, Ranch and Stable, which provides property and casualty coverage; Reinsurance Operations, which provides reinsurance solutions; and Exited Lines, which represents lines of business that are no longer being written or are in runoff and includes specialty personal lines property and casualty products.
